Yingjia One-Card Management System uses an IC card as a unified identity and business token, consolidating on-site operations into a traceable, closed-loop workflow. By binding personnel, vehicles, and work orders into one execution chain, the system enables end-to-end intelligent control across the loading/unloading process.
It supports appointment and planning at the initiation stage; once the truck arrives, gate access and identity verification enforce entry control. Drivers can then obtain a card and retrieve job details through self-service, followed by queuing and dispatch. During execution, the system integrates with the weighbridge, preset/batch loading control, and safety interlocks to automate weighing, control loading quantity, capture alarms/interlock events, and maintain complete records. For unloading operations, anti-mixing rules and process constraints are applied. After completion, settlement documents and weighbridge tickets are generated automatically, and vehicle exit is released with full audit trails.
Designed for driver self-service with minimal staff supervision, it reduces manpower needs, improves truck turnaround efficiency, and mitigates operational safety risks. Subsystems can run independently or be integrated into a unified data platform, scalable for terminals and tank farms of different sizes and future expansion.
