The company implemented a customer IC-card fueling/withdrawal (product dispatch) system for eight oil depots of CNOOC Hunan. Customer operations such as fuel purchasing, product lifting/dispatch, reconciliation and account management, and cross-depot fueling were all handled through the system. Multiple fueling authentication methods were adopted, including dynamic password (OTP) SMS, ID verification, and IC-card password verification.
Subsequently, the system was upgraded with shared document data entry, facial recognition, and a QR-code module, and it was integrated with the logistics system to enable data interoperability. The system application effectively improved the efficiency of customer fueling/dispatch services for CNOOC Hunan.
